Mission 2019: Re-seat sharing in the grand allianc, will now announce in February

On the Lok Sabha elections, the seat-sharing of the constituencies of the Maha coalition in Bihar was to be announced only after Makar Sankranti, but it has been postponed once again. It is believed that the decision on sharing of seats will be done only after the first week of February. The immediate reason for this is the rally of Congress supremo Rahul Gandhi held in Patna on February 3.

Seat Sharing in Not Easy in a grand alliance

It is known that in the Grand Alliance, Congress has demanded seats equal to the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). The problem with RJD is that he has to take along with all the small parties and leaders like Hindustani Awami Morcha (we) Supremo Jitan Ram Manjhi and National Lok Samata Party (RLOSPA) Supremo Upendra Kushwaha along with Sharad Yadav and Mukesh Sahni. There is also a problem of adjusting the leaders like Shatrughan Sinha and Kirti Azad, who are dissatisfied with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In such a situation, sharing of seats in the Maha coalition does not seem easy.

Sources reveal that in view of this, Congress is focusing on seats that are likely to win more than the seats. The eyes of other parties, including the RJD, are also on the likely seats.
