Apple Supplier Foxconn said that the company will soon be planning manufacturing unit in India. At the same time, he also told that he is planning to shift from China to the manufacturing base. According to a report, Foxconn’s senior officer and his chairman Terry Gou can come to India soon to talk about the matter. Vistron is already assembled in India by iPhone 6S and iPhone SE. However, according to some reports, Apple’s high-end iPhones will be made by Foxconn instead of Vistron.

Apple’s manufacturing unit of models from Foxconn can be made from its local assembly unit at Sriperumbudur in Tamilnadu. The news came some time back that Taiwan’s Contract Manufacturing Company is going to start assembling products soon. Due to this expansion of Foxconn, there may be a possibility of 25 thousand new jobs in India.
