Diljeet Dosanjh’s film ‘Soorma’ has been released. The film’s first day’s earnings were extremely low. Sanju is still seen on Boxoffice but it is expected that there can be an increase in Soorma’s earnings in the weekend. At the moment, the second day collection of the film has come. It is a biopic film based on the life of Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh. The film is directed by Shad Ali.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh released the film’s figures. While the film earned 3.25 crores on the first day, the film grossed 57.81% on the second day and the film grossed 5.05 crores. Sandeep Singh’s character in ‘Soorma’ is being played by Punjabi singer and actor Diljeet Dosanjh, while on the other hand, Taapsee Pannu plays a key role.
On the first day, there was a 30 to 35 per cent occupy of cinemas, which appeared to be a bad effect in the first day collection of ‘Soorma’, but the film’s earnings increased on the second day and on Saturday the movie has earned more than 50 million. ‘Surma’ has been released on 1100 screens. Diljeet Dosanjh, who plays Sandeep Singh, has done tremendous acting in the film. The film’s budget is being reported as 300 million.
Prior to ‘Soorma’, many box office releases have been released, including biopic. The names of these films are part Milkha Part, Mary Kom and Chak De India. The collection of all these was vigorous, in such a way that ‘Surma’ will be able to strengthen its hold in the days to come or not, it will tell time only. Well, the film’s business may be good due to Diljit Dosanjh’s stardom in North India.
Apart from Diljeet Dosanjh in ‘Soorma’, Taapsee Pannu is in the lead role. ‘Soorma’ has been produced by Deepak Singh and Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh. Bollywood veterans have felicitously praised ‘Soorma’. Soorma, directed by Shad Ali, who made a film like Bunty Aur Babli, is the story of the struggle of Sandeep Singh, the best drag flicker of Indian hockey.
