Samsung is working on its first Android Go smartphone. In the Geekbench listing some time ago it was revealed that Samsung’s phone model number will be SM-J260. Now there is a new leak report about this is Samsung’s Android Go phone, which has some curtains from some specifications.
According to a report by Techiedrive, the new Samsung Android Go phone will be quite like Nokia’s Android One smartphone like Nokia 1. Samsung’s phone can be given 1GB of RAM as mentioned in Nokia 1. Talking about storage, it has 16GB of storage, which can be expanded through micro-SD card. Looking at the storage of Nokia 1, it has 8 GB storage which can be extended to 128 GB.
Samsung’s Android Go smartphone can come with a bigger screen than Nokia 1. It can be given a 5-inch screen, which will be Super Amoled display, while talking about Nokia 1, it has a 4.5-inch screen. Samsung’s entry-level smartphone can come with a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. This camera specification is also given in Nokia 1. This Samsung phone can come with 2,600mAh battery.
According to the new report, Samsung’s Android Go phone has been tested from three model numbers M-J260F, SM-J260M and SM-J260G.
However, Samsung has not provided any confirmation, launch date information about its Android Go smartphone. As we have survived, Android Go is Google’s latest Affordable version of Android Oreos designed for the cheap smartphone. It aims to provide better Android experience to the cheap smartphone user.
